It is proposed to held Zonal Executive Committee Meeting with all office bearers of Zonal and Divisional Bodies on 08th April 2012 from 10.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs., at Secunderabad. It is mandatory for all office bearers to attend this meeting along with the Membership collection books and expenses incurred therefrom, if any. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

It is proposed to held Zonal Executive Committee Meeting with all office bearers of Zonal and Divisional Bodies on 08th April 2012 from 10.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs., at Secunderabad. It is mandatory for all office bearers to attend this meeting along with the Membership collection books and expenses incurred therefrom, if any. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
- Since formation of SCREA, the membership was collected only once i.e., initial membership. Memberships were neither renewed nor new members were added. This can be done only after finalizing the initial accounts. Hence, Finalization of Accounts from 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.
- All the members are aware that only BZA and GNT divisions are having elected bodies. GTL, HYB, NED and Construction are having nominated bodies. SC is not at all having working body in SCREA. Further, some of the office bearers were promoted to Gr B and quit the SCREA. Appropriate office bearers shall be co-opted in their place. It is mandatory that General Counsel shall be conducted at least once in two years. Hence, Conducting CEC meeting and Election of office bearers for SCREA at Zonal and Divisional Levels.
- Some of the office bearers are expressing their incapacitation to continue as office bearers in view of their personal constraints. To take a decision on the unwilling office bearers and to co-opt suitable replacement in their place.
